Our Garden Decor ships anywhere in the United States (sorry, we do not ship outside the US except for some Floral gifts which can be shipped to the US and Canada). Please note that not all items are shipped from CA. Please email if delivery date is critical.
Most orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise. For custom orders, handcrafted or handmade items , please allow up to 2 weeks - 4 weeks or as specified with the product information.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged Items : If your purchase was damaged during shipment, notify the carrier right away. Save all packaging material for inspection. Email us within 48 hours of receipt for replacement instructions.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email and tell us if you prefer an exchange or refund. We will promptly exchange or issue a refund (not including shipping and handling charges ) when you return it within 15 days of receipt in it's original, brand new, unused condition with all tags still attached. If the original tags are not attached we cannot accept the merchandise for exchange or credit. Exchanges are subject to a shipping expense for the new item. Custom Orders and Personalized Items are not returnable.
You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return address. Repackage the item in it's original, brand new, tags still attached condition and ship your item prepaid, insured, and traceable
If your item has been shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us by email and we will arrange for the item to be returned or exchanged. We cannot ensure proper credit if an item is returned without our prior notification. For your protection, please use Fed-ex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
